Pick a date for the next hike

The Purisima Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve is located on the western slopes of the Santa Cruz Mountains overlooking Half Moon Bay. We will start the hike from the top of the ridge (~2,000 ft) and descend to the bottom of the preserve (~500 ft), then climb a different trail back up to the parking lot. We will hike through single tracks and fire roads with great views, Douglas fir forests and redwood forests. This is considered an intermediate hike due to elevation gain (think steep) and continuous climbs. We will go at a moderate pace. We will start at 10 am. Depends on our pace, the hike will take anywhere from 2.5 to 4 hours (including lunch stop). Please let me know what works for you.
