Any interest in hitting that park ( from last Monday's ride)? I have next week off, so I can do stuff in the day, and this seems more knee friendly. You still may be waiting for me, though. I'm probably going to take care of some business in the city that day, so we will have to meet there.

I'm good. I have been bad about getting my knees shaped up for riding. Actually, I haven't been to the gym in at least two weeks. I did manage to jump on my bike to ride to a festival a couple of weeks ago. unrelated-I met a guy named Evan who seemed interested in mountain biking. I told him about this group. What have you been up to this summer?

Thanks for checking in. My arm is fine but I have three vertebrae fractures in my neck. Good news is apparently no spinal injury. I've had all the x-rays, CT scan, MRI, and exams. I find out on Thursday the doctor's treatment plan. Just a lot of pain right now.
