Join Team Fighting Diabetes to walk or run and fundraise for the American Diabetes Association at its annual "Step Out" walk-a-thon. Team Fighting Diabetes is attending the San Jose event on Sunday morning, October 10, 2010. We will have warm-up/training activities throughout the year leading up to the event day.
